I tried disabling the Firewall and it didn't do anything. I don't have an anti-virus on my computer.

Is it true that creaing a new account on my computer to play the game can help? I want to avoid doing that, but if it works for other people I may try it.

Yes it may do depending on what is causing the issue. If the issue is localised in your current user account then a new account would work.

Hi there, I cleared a good bit of my storage from my laptop and now the sims 4 loads but says there’s a sim delivery error, it won’t load any of my old games and won’t recognise my cc and mods

Where is your Sims 4 folder that contains your saves etc.? Full file path please.
