New Packs - Stuck Sims

Hello! 

I know this has been asked before but I have already done all the suggestions I had read for this issue. Yesterday I got a bundle that included: Eco Living, Jungle Adventure and the Paranormal Stuff Pack. After purchasing them my game started to get stuck and my sims would not carry out any tasks. I used the cheat to reset the sim, restarted the EA app and my Mac, I even removed all mods and custom content out of fear that it was one of those interacting with the new packs. Even with all the mods/cc removed the game play was still stuck. I ended up removing the packs temporarily from the packs folder and restarted the game and it worked fine. I have also tried adding one back at a time to figure out what the issue may have been and the second that I add one, and it doesn't matter which one, it stops working again. 

I do use the exceptions mod and it kept saying the cause was: interactions/constraints.py but it isn't showing anything that is causing the actually issue. Should I just remove the packs and request a refund? Or is this a common issue with the EA app that resolves itself overtime?

If you have a Mod in your game you haven't removed all your Mods and CC. Follow these steps to launch a new clean game, free of all your current user data - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting...

Does it still happen with none of your current user data in the new Sims 4 folder and in a new save with a new household?

@Bluebellflora I have deleted all the mods, this was the error that was popping prior to me deleting them all when I first started having the issue. I will add the packs back with no mods/cc and see staring with new user data helps!

Not just no Mods/CC, NONE of your current user data. Please read the instructions in the link I provided to how to properly test a clean game.
