Endless loading screen

After the latest patch, after selecting the current household, the game just doesn't load. I've tried everything; cleared cache, reinstalled EA, removed mods, updated mods, repaired the game and nothing's working.

Does it still happen with none of your current user data in the new Sims 4 folder?
