I know she don't really need buffing or such but wanting to see if it's worth the tweak or not. (and i don't really play her at all but the amount of portals placed by other people just feels useless)
Have her portal make her run twice as fast but the duration of putting it down twice less.. so it would be the same distence as it is now but getting to point A to B faster.
Amount of times people place it down beside us and we having to wait for the second when we could just keep running and only be a few meters behind the second placement making it pretty useless and a waste (specialy used outside the zone) fair enough it is the people who use it wrong but it would be handy to have the portal down faster.
Incase it may cause her to be abit "to fast" and OP to get around, could always add in a wrath image, something like the HoTS skeleton king teleport mechanic if you know it. So she can still get hit while phaseing out to place the second portal.
