Wraith and some legends no regs

Wraith new skin Marble Goddess Hit box does not register bullets. When I shoot at this wraith I get no registered bullets and this would apply to other legends. This needs to be fixed bc it ruins the gameplay.

@DeadCenterShot The other legends probably have actual hit reg issues.
