This is mainly just an idea, but I think it would be nice to upgrade octane. He isn't a very liked legend from what i seen being on the apex discord. His problem is that his abilities are too basic, and don't really do anything besides making him get around easier. In order to play him, you must be very good with just playing. Theres times when you can use his lauch pad to get to a fight or away from one, but he has nothing to help defend or battle with. As well his health is very slow, and when you're near death and need to use stim your health goes away by 10% which can be help players kill you or you will get knocked if you accidentally use it too low.
