Revenant's tactical does NOT disable passives. [ Edited ]

I've found that it's all legends passives. Revenant's, ability does not cancel other legends passives. I believe that it should, as his ability states that it silenced enemy abilities. Revenant is a little weaker because of this, and how disorienting his ultimate is. Things like lifelines revive shield, and Gibraltar's arm shield, bloodhounds tracking ability, etc. Should all be canceled for the 10 seconds if struck by revenant's tactical. Revenant's tactical is utterly useless against Gibraltar's arm shield. Gibby is hands down one of the strongest legends in the game. It would be nice to have a legend, that could counter Gibraltar's armshield.

@barbienboys Revenants ability is not meant to disable passives, it disables their abilitys as in tacticals and ultimate, passives don’t count

@barbienboys There are some legends who really rely on their passives, like revenant or Bangalore, and they would be really crippled by this. (Too much)
