So, I was wandering reddit and doing many other random things today when I randomly landed on, what I think is, a pretty cool idea. Lifeline's ultimate should have a small conditional change that allows her to kind of mess with a final team. What I was thinking is the "having teammate banner" trigger could make her ultimate ability have a 10% chance of instead dropping as a mobile respawn beacon. This would allow her to not require a mobile respawn beacon, but it would still be far wiser to carry one if you're going to use it. I also think it would be hilarious for a few weeks as everyone got used to the fact that sometimes you get a carepackage and other times you get a respawn beacon.
