Rampart lobby animation clipping [ Edited ]

1) When Rampart is revving up Sheila like a chainsaw in the lobby animation, her hand on top clips through Sheila.

2) A lobby animation for Rampart has a harsh transition making her facial animation radically change in an instant. Probably not intended.

Please fix.
