Octane buff that will make him S tier

I personally like the idea of the secondary passive as being that he can run A) at full speed whether or not he's holding a weapon and B) He can move faster while aiming down sights. Not full speed but its less movement reduction compared to other legends

me personaly i would like him to have 40% faster res speed , also second idea he can stim boost any teammates by melee and the res speed transfers as well. it would bring him into teamplay cause everything else doesnt help his team. He will never be s tier if he doesnt help his team. it wont be op cause he has to sac some life for fast res and he is still a loud sitting duck while resing unlike lifeline , gg glhf
