Octane NEEDS stim heal back

I just bought Octane he is very fun to play but I think he deserves his stim heal back.

Perhaps I'm uneducated on this change, but I read the patch notes... I believe Octane still passively heals over time right? They increased his Stim movement speed and added the "Remove movement-impairing effects". (The "cleanse" effect to movement impairments is more exciting than the speed boost IMO!)

No ever since the bug patch, octane is unable to use his stim while he’s using a med of any kind, kinda a boot leg way to patch his “heal bug” that actually made him more viable

on a side note, his stim only increases sprint speed not movement speed, so he actually moves at the same speed while walking or crouching, so he moves the same while strafing which kills his 1v1 potential, that’s what killed the character for me
