Not letting me play purchased characters

I purchased both mirage and caustic and now it isn't letting me play either even though it says I have them?

Same. . Has to be a glitch because sometimes I can use them but most time they are locked, even I bought them.

I have the same issue. I cannot select Caustic to play anymore after I purchased him a couple of days ago. He has been locked again while selecting characters for about an hour or two now. I am on the PS4.

Hey guys, we are aware of this issue and are working on it. 

In the meantime there's a bit of a workaround, if you highlight the Legend you want to use, they'll be chosen automatically if you time out on the select screen.

So what’s the status of our characters that are locked out after purchase?  EA going to refund me some apex coins for the inconvenience?

Don't be a damned entitled baby. They are working on it, they told you how you can still select them as a work around. DO that until they fix it
