New legend idea

Not sure if this is the right place for this...But I had a dream last night of a new character...called Saber. She is an assault type with the capability of long range or short range encounters.

I'm just going to go on a tangent here cus I love your idea. When I think of Saber I think of a Moorish huntsman with the ability to shoot an arrow as an ultimate that can do high damage (with a long cooldown). Maybe the ultimate can have a string attached, like Pathfinder. A tactical that can slow/inhibit the vision of an opponent at a close distance. General concepts here but please add and critique in case the devs see. His heirloom would be (surprise!) a saber! I tried to maintain something close to what you suggested.
