New Crypto ability

@SERPENT_DESCEND I have been talking about this kind of ability for a time. However, for balance reasons, I believe Crypto should have to do it personally, not with his drone. This could prevent you from finding an entire team because one of them was providing sniper support.

@catmix666 You have some kind of sense but in the case you have mentioned I believe the blame is gotta be on that sniper for getting knockdowned, there is still a chance that their teammates to destroy the drone while it is scanning since I believe it shouldn't be instantaneous scan.
