Legend with Customizable slot for abilities?

I was playing with blood and didn't have ammo, so I tried to escape my pursuer, instinctively I pressed Q(tactical ability) why?  

Because I play with octane a lot .Ofcourse I died After that.

So I thought can't we have a legend who can have customizale ability slot ? Like some alien or something?

Legend who can choose any tactical and ultimate of any other legend.

I would love to play with it.

It's worse after playing as Pathfinder, I've smoked/scanned/bamboozled a few random walls in my time.

Totaly freedom to pick and mix would be hard to balance, but I do think it'd be cool to have a Legend with variable abilities.

@EA_David Possibly by 'cloning' someone's deathbox, with a similar charge time to an ultimate accelerant or maybe a bit longer? Only able to use their tactical and the character would have its own ultimate maybe.

Could be good. Would be hard to balance and get right.
