Legend-based Audio Issues

I don't know if it's just me, but I continuously have issues hearing a Revenant or a Horizon near me at all. I can almost never hear them walking up behind to roll my squad, and I cannot hear horizon at ALL on landing. I don't have any issues with her landing taking up less time, as her passive seems to work well and not be unbalanced/broken. I just have consistent issues hearing these two characters and notice them being used in more skilled play purposefully because of their quiet walks.

I can't say I've had audio issues with those characters specifically, but I don't doubt they exist.
