In-depth Crypto QOL Changes, Buffs, and Tradeoffs [ Edited ]

Here is a document on some changes I think could be healthy for Crypto. I tried to make sure they aren't crazy obscure, nor that they aren't supremely over buffing his character while also trying to stick with the purpose of his character in the first place. Hope it gets recognized, would love for some of these to be implemented.

I'm going to need specifics on what you are talking about. The doc is mostly bullet points much like the devs' own patch notes so what may you be referring to?

I think it might have loaded in poorly for me last time. Now I can read it, it still has some weir formating, but that might just be browser/OS related.
