It has been confirmed that Mila was indeed murdered by the Syndicate after they found out that her and Crypto found a prediction algorithm for the Apex Games.

Some people speculate they kidnapped her to help them find Crypto, but in the cinematic, they try to kill him, and Mila disappeared before that. So, assuming they expected to kill Crypto, then there would be no need to keep her alive.

Crypto is also constantly mentioning he wants "justice" (for the murder of Mila) and the entire reason he is in the Game's is to get closer to his sister's killers and the people who Framed him.

Mystik is definitely in contact with Crypto, but she doesn't need to be a good technician/hacker to have access to his drone: Crypto could've just given her access and that's how they communicate.

@CompleatBeet Where was it confirmed?
Well he wants justice because his sister is gone, and they framed him.
Crypto definitely didn’t just “give her access” to his drone.
1. He didn’t expect the voice.
2. Giving her access would also link her to Crypto, which puts her in danger if Crypto was ever found out.

He didn't expect the voice? There is no indication in the trailer of this @Sir_Named: his reaction is his idle animation.

@CompleatBeet Yeah, idk, but I would think he didn’t expect it, because
A. His drone is destroyed afterwards. If he knew it was going to happen he’d probably take measures against the drone being destroyed.
B. Having one of your relatives’ voice come out of your drone instead of through a call or secret message is probably not planned.
C. If it was Mila, then Crypto couldn’t have expected it since Mila went missing.

if u read the story bits after the story missions, revenant talked thru crypt's drone, maybe he did something to who ever was speaking thru it before, or maybe the person speaking in it is loyal to rev

@Shockwave743 The person who spoke through it is probably Mila, but I doubt Mila is loyal to Revenant, the mass murder robot.

Everyone, the Hatch easter egg has proven it was indeed Mila. Good job finding that out! Standard smile

It is still uncertain whether she is dead or alive, as the message was recorded soon after her disappearance. She escaped temporarily, but we do not know of her current whereabouts.
