Gibraltar is still OP on full normal armor

Full clip with r99 and hitting headshot / bodyshot and he still won't die. What gives ?

@espadakillar69 #1 The R-99 is a bad weapon to use against him in the first place unless you plan to use hit and run tactics.

#2 His primary tools are a gun shield and dome of protection. He's designed to not die as easily as other characters.

#3 You hit his head and body but not gun shield and he didn't die? Even a stock R-99 should kill him in that situation so I'm not sure what happened here. Obviously can't see the kill.

Gibraltar is perfectly balanced. He is damn too fat and easy to hit. And he is a tank, its normal to go down harder, compare to the rest of the cast.

The only thing that maybe need balance about him is taking the fast revive out of his dome.
