You could say Bangalore is the “most balanced” legend, or that her kit is the most disjointed and underwhelming..without a lot of synergy within her own abilities and little interplay with her teammates. Her abilities are often used reactively and defensively, which is opposite to her full on offensive character.
This is an effort to make her more interesting, more competitive and more useful to the team. Im not claiming this balanced as is, it needs tweaking, but some ideas to chew on.
Below are only changes and additions to her kit. If something in her kit is not mentioned assume its the same as currently in the game.
Passive:
—Fog of War - NEW PASSIVE - this does not replace double time. Whenever Bangalore is inside smoke she gets into a combat fervor and it activates Double Time. Bangalore becomes immune to enemy visual highlights who are inside the smoke.
—Double Time - Additionally whenever Bangalore activates Double Time, Bangalore rallies teammates within a certain radius of her and they also get the speed boost for 2 seconds.
Tactical
— Potential tweaking to balance other changes, such as smoke lingers less, longer cooldown, ect..
Ultimate
— each missile also delivers tactical smoke and after exploding leaves behind a smoke screen that lingers for X amount of time (each a smaller version of the Smoke Launcher’s smoke screen). This smoke interacts with Fog of War passive just like Smoke Launcher. Bangalore turns the battlefield into her playground.
So I predict replies that this is brokenAF. Probably it is, but its all about how its implemented and numbers.
