Fix bloodhounds ability

I dont know how many times Ive heard enemies right next to me, hit his Q, says no enemies around then 1 second later someone comes through the door 5 feet next to me. How can it say there arent any enemies when CLEARLY there is someone right outside the building?

@Benchwarmerbrew Okay I thought I was just crazy! I'd scan a room hearing foot steps and get no hits, but 2 seconds later I'm being shot from where I just scanned.

@chiefthunderball I think when you scan and see nothing another player probally saw the scan through the wall and ran to it, but i saw the issue happen earlier my teammate scanned and didn’t see nothing then a mirage was there shooting at me instantly XD
