Fix Octane’s hitbox!!!

Please fix Octane’s hitbox. On 1v1 fights he literally gets melted. Even when the opponent is not shooting at the head it will register as headshots. If you look online you will find a detailed image of his hitbox and how big it is compared to the shape of the legend. People have been asking for a fix on this and some buffs to Octane. He is not fast enough, he gets shot so easily now and his ultimate ability is lame.
