Bring Back solo modes for ranked and original mode

@JACKTH3R1PP3R97 There could be a squad mode that enters only those who are alone in the lobby, then it would be fair, right, everyone random (unknown).

@ADM-REIxSUPREMO I think the devs are working on reevaluating whether solo queuers are put in games with ranked players.

@JACKTH3R1PP3R97 They aren't going to bring solos back, as there was a ton of teaming, and many character's abilities were much less useful than others.
