Bloodhound Buff?

I had an idea for a Bloodhound buff, even though Bloodhound is pretty useful I feel like the beast of the hunt is kinda nerfed with how short it is, my recommendation is for any time Bloodhound downs a enemy , adds 1-2 seconds to the beast of the hunt but only when Bloodhound is below 10-15 seconds of beast of the hunt, let me know what you think

That's... already how it works?

Each down extends it for like an additional 5 secs.

@iiskitz It already adds 5s to the timer whenever you down someone in beast of the hunt form.
