Apex buggy after cross play update [ Edited ]

Ever since the apex cross play update occasionally when I try to sprint nothing happens, I will repeatedly try to press the shift key, jump and crouch. Unfortunately this does not help and I’m still at walking speed even after pressing shift. Another problem I have been having is that I cannot press tab to open my inventory while holding the shift key, this however may not be a problem with apex legends. The third problem is that it’s very laggy, and it’s not my side because every other game is fine. The fourth problem is that I can not even get into a match, I get all kinds of errors, I have pictures bellow; and even if i get into a match it’s incredibly glitchy. My fifth problem is that when I try to leave a match apex crashes. I planning on leaving apex if these problems aren’t resolved in a couple days. Is anyone having similar problems or know how to solve mine?
