Yeah, and that’s why they take an extra 5% increase on incoming damage, not only that but limb shots will do the same amount of damage as body shots. 

I don’t see a problem with low profile and fortify, they both play their part and quite well if I do say so myself 

question though: what exactly are you wanting to happen?
