Only 2 simple buff that I think could elevate octanes playstyle I think becuase octane is such a junkie that all the stuff that's inside those vials should still work even after he's downed but not in the same way.
The buff
I think octane should be able to quickly revive himself off the ground when knocked at 1 hp or something like that and be only able to do it once per match or after a certain amount of stims have been used I think that would be cool. Also if this is too powerful of a buff when he does revive himself he can't get out his weapons for 1 or 2 seconds. Btw his self revive should make noise same as golden knockdown shield revive
The second buff
This one is very simple maybe octanes base speed could be increased by ten percent or maybe every time he uses a stim he gets 1 percent extra speed until a cap of about 115 percent making him exceptionally fast
