stuck jumping [ Edited ]

Hi all,

I am having an an issue that both characters (playing on split screen) gets stuck on jumping when making the first jump. We restarted the controls and the Xbox but have not manage to fix this.

It began right when we started "The Attic" level.

Has anyone experienced this issue as well and found a way to fix it?
