Unnable to connect to the EA servers

Hi! I download this game to play online co-op with my boyfriend but I keep getting this message that I need to reset my password whenever I want to play online. I figure out that maybe my EA account wasn't linked to my xbox, but I can't link them!!

Can someone knows how to solve this problem? Its not just this game but others EA games too!!

We both game xbox series (x/s) and ultime game pass.

Hi. My girlfriend separately bought both of us It Takes Two. When she’s on it first, it gives me the error message Unable to Connect to EA Servers… And when I’m on it first, it will give her the same error message. Did you encounter this problem and if so, did you fix it and how??
