Game: It Takes Two
During the chapter ships ahoy during the ducks with dynamite. When the shipped is destroyed/player dies the second player gets disconnected from the game. Restarting the game and pc makes doesn't fix the problem.

Hey there!
@CarbonCarl Thanks so much for highlighting the workaround again.
@uiop5419380 Good to hear that you were able to get to the bottom of things!
I actually just heard back from our team. Unfortunately, they have been unable to reproduce the issue but have advised to double-check the minimum requirements for both PCs and potentially lowering the resolution. You can see them in the spoiler tag below.

Similar problem during the boss fight. When the duck exploded I (I own the game) get disconnected and my friend saw the Player Disconnected message.

Hey there!
That's no good. Can you maybe give me a few more details so we can look into this for you?
@ShinjiOtato You mentioned you play on PC. Can you tell me if you're playing via Steam or Origin and what region you're in?
@eva-auyeung What platform are you playing on? Can you also let me know your region, please?
Also, if you could tell me which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far, e.g. restart PC, repair game, clear Origin cache etc. - that would be super helpful!

@EA_Leeloo I'm using the steam version. Asia region, country Philippines. I tried verifying/repair files, and restarting pc. Didn't fix the issue. We are playing via online.

On PC in NA.
I managed to find a way to 'fix' it by simply reducing all the display settings to 'Medium' as I noticed the game was super laggy during the boss fight.
@ShinjiOtato - You might want to give it a try too.

@eva-auyeung I played thru LAN and finished the level, and went back to the play online. I might try your solution when I face the problem again in future levels, thank you!

Hey there @ShinjiOtato @eva-auyeung,
So, just to confirm with both of you - you have been able to resolve your issue with the workaround that @eva-auyeung has provided?
If so, could I still ask you to send on a DXdiag so we can have a look over it to make sure everything's working the way it's supposed to?

We have been stuck in the boss fight from the beginning where it seems to be connection lag, I am in Holland and she is in Brazil, but we have reasonable ping and Ethernet internet connections. What could we do?
