No puedo jugar It Takes Two online con mi compañero en PS4 y yo en PS5. Nos sale un mensaje siempre de “El jugador ha salido de la sesión”

i cannot play online with my partner, shes using ps4 platform, im using a ps5. Both has the complete game. Please, we need help. 

every time she invited me theres a message at the end that says “the other play has quit the session” and she is in the game.
