"You've already logged in" on iOS has been continuous since 5PM Central time US on 11/15/2018. Cleared IOS cache, logged out of game center, shut down ALL apps, restarted after 15 minute shutdown, no change!
Two different accounts: hawkwolf223 and hawkwolf556. BOTH accounts getting the same message after performing ALL above steps!

I opened a helpdesk ticket. I was given ALL THE SAME "TROUBLESHOOTING" tips as in the forums. I was told "you found a bug in the game. we can't fix that". I re-opened and was given similar "tips": logon to a friends device..., logon onto your device with a friends account... try different networks... One account works, the other does not. The non-working account shows me active in game and will not logout. It should not be a difficult fix!
