Once more I need to write to you I think for the 4th time in a row my Iron Force purchase has not worked. I purchased a legion name change at the weekend and once again it has not happened can you please sort it out and tell me why it keeps happening.

 But when is someone going to sort out my account to ensure this doesn’t keep happening with every purchase I make.
