Purhcases can take up to 24 hours to be delivered, howeer if is has been 24 hours and you have still not recived an item, please submit a ticket on our website (https://chillingosupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and someone from our dedicated customer support team will investigate this issue for you.
Please provide the information below to ensure the fastest resolution:
- Iron Force Nickname (including any special characters used)
- Iron Force User ID (can be found in the bottom right corner of the Iron Force 'Options' menu, not the Device ID)
- (IOS) Full iTunes receipt for the purhcase not received (this will of been sent to the same email as your Apple ID)
- (Android) Google Play Order number for the purhcase not received ( this can be found on the receipt emailed to you by google play and should look like this 'GPA.1234-5678-9101-1213')
