@john4876 Looking at your cases and you told the adviser that you had received the missing Elite time. If that is not the case then I would ask that you reply to the adviser.

Yes Sir,

 

I activated Elite on 17/10/2017, next day some server maintenance was done, annd post that maintenance, my elite is not working...!!

 

been emailing to various people regarding this, but no one could help me resolve it..Frown

Good luck with that now up to 40 emails from the boys at EA Sports and they can’t fix it glad to hear someone else can’t get something fixed but sorry for the mess you are in good luck with ever getting it straightened out.

Elite time is not perminant you have to buy elite time to activate it.  You probably ran out of active time during the update.   So buy more elite time from your in app IRonForce store.  

 

If you did not prior purchase elite time and were on a free active period and it exspired then you need to purchase more time.

 

now if your one of the free based players and do not spend real money on this game,  then your always going to have that inactive status till you get the free time in a victory box, or get a email with an hour or so active time gift.

 

you stated you activated it meaning you purchased active time, then it was gone next day after the maintenance update.  Ok then send a copy of the receipt to Showing your purchased it and the amount of active time should be credited to your account.  Now I am assuming you purchased elite time with iTuns or Google play, either way you have a receipt then.  No receipt then sorry your out of luck.
