Dragon Age 2 crashes during the first quest

Hi! I’m playing om my xbox one s and during the first quest (The Destruction of Lothering) in Dragon age 2 the whole game just stops working and I have to close it. It always happens at the same time when I return to Athenril after getting her money back from Cavril. I tried to do Meeran’s quest but even then the game stops working.
