In order to unlock this character, you must get all four trial keys and complete all trials in the DLC “Trials of Gnomus”, and fight King Gnomus in the Rainbow Guardian Battle.
After completing that, you unlock a portal that breaks the King Gnomus Statue. Enter that portal. There are two chests inside, one with Torchwood, and one with Hover Goat-3000. The one on the left is the Torchwood chest, right is Hover-Goat 3000 (That thread is linked here). There are five locks on the chest, and every one you unlock costs 15 rainbow stars. Get 75 rainbow stars, and **KAPOW** you unlock Torchwood.
Torchwood Stats
Torchwood has 275 HP at minimum, with an optional Health Upgade putting him at 285 HP.
Primary Weapon: Wood Chipper (Infinite Ammo, 3 - 8 damage depending on Critical Hits, Range, and the optional Damage Upgrade.)
Torchwood, having infinite ammo, can overheat. To lessen the impact, there are two Overheat Upgrades (Overheat Penalty and Overheat Time)
Torchwood’s Abilities
Ability 1: Blazin’ Blast :: This ability deals a constant damage of 15 + Fire Damage and has a recharge of 15 seconds.
Ability 2: Smoldering Madness :: Shoots blue fire rapidly, and Torchwood engulfs in blue flames, resulting in a blue color change. Deals 5 - 7 damage, (Depends on Range) however power still drains despite not moving or firing. Recharge Time: 45 seconds
Ability 3 : Leaf Shield :: Activates a orbit of leafs to protect Torchwood from damage, but slows Torchwood down. Recharge Time: 35 seconds.
