Greetings everyone, 

With the release of information on the Community Connections Program, we wanted to remind everyone of the guidelines that all volunteers agree to follow by participating in the program. Users that have been selected to participate in the Community Connections program are ones who have consistently shared their knowledge and experience to help their fellow gamers. Some of them have considerable knowledge and experience about their favorite game, others are just happy to help where help is needed. They are prime examples of the program values, being helpful, kind, understanding and knowledgeable.

What's a volunteer to do, you ask? Well, put simply, volunteers are the very pillars of the AHQ community, shining examples of true community spirit. They want to help the AHQ community and make sure users get the help they need. Volunteers can use improved tools on Answer HQ, they have direct access to the AHQ team and they are recognized and showcased in the community through special badges and titles. For more information on the program check out the program information.

While Volunteers are trusted members of the AHQ community, there are some guidelines they are expected to agree to and follow:

1. As with all users in the AHQ community, we expect Volunteers (“you”) to exhibit common courtesy to all members of EA’s forums as well as to EA staff. EA (“we” or “us”) will exhibit the same courtesy towards you.
   
   
2. Please remember that you will be engaging with a lot of people in the AHQ community and, as such, a lot of differing opinions regarding what is right or wrong with the forum. Just because you don’t agree with some forum members doesn’t mean they shouldn’t post. We appreciate everyone’s continued input.
   
   
3. When posting messages on the forum or when sending email, please remain professional.
   
   
4. Before posting messages publicly about EA outside the EA boards, please be mindful that you are not disclosing any potentially sensitive information. 
   
   
5. Rude, nasty, demanding or generally disrespectful behaviour, vulgar expressions, coarse language, abusive behaviour, and verbal harassment will not be tolerated by anyone, either towards EA staff or other forum users. The use of such language, whether or not you consider it in-character, is not acceptable, whether you use it in casual and public speech, 'private links', contacts or even in a character's name.
   
   
6. Your participation in the Community Connections Program is completely voluntary.  It is up to you to decide how much you want to engage with the community and post in the forums, and you can always choose to step away, even after you become a Champion, Hero, or Guardian, or to come back.
   
   
7. By participating in the Community Connections Program, you are not entering an employment relationship or any other relationship with EA. You will not represent yourself as an officer, employee, or contractor of EA, or that you are somehow connected with EA or EA’s Licensors beyond your participation in the Community Connections Program. To avoid confusion, please indicate in your signature that you are a volunteer and not an EA employee, and make sure to indicate the same for volunteer roles you have in other EA communities if you would like to mention them in your signature.
   
   
8. EA can remove a Volunteer from the Community Connections Program after a period of inactivity.
   
   
9. If a Volunteer has engaged in unacceptable behaviour, EA, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate that user’s access to the forum immediately and without notice.
   
   
10. Please use common sense when posting in the forum! 

By participating in the Community Connections Program, all Volunteers accept and agree to follow these guidelines.

Superuser sind vertrauenswürdige Mitglieder der AHQ-Community, aber es gibt einige Richtlinien, denen sie zustimmen und folgen sollten:

• Wie bei allen Benutzern der AHQ-Community erwarten wir, dass Superuser („ihr“) allen Mitgliedern der EA-Foren und EA-Mitarbeitern gegenüber höflich sind. EA („wir“) werden euch selbstverständlich mit der gleichen Höflichkeit begegnen.
  
  
• Bitte beachtet, dass ihr euch mit vielen Leuten in der AHQ-Community unterhalten und daher viele verschiedene Meinungen antreffen werdet, was positive oder negative Aspekte des Forums betrifft. Das Verwenden solcher Sprache, unabhängig davon, ob es als angemessen erachtet wird, ist nicht akzeptabel. Dabei ist egal, ob dies in entspannten oder öffentlichen Diskussionen, privaten Links, Kontakten oder sogar in einem Charakternamen vorkommt.
  
  
• Die Teilnahme am Superuser-Programm ist komplett freiwillig.  Es liegt an euch, zu entscheiden, wie viel ihr mit der Community zu tun haben wollt und wie viel ihr in den Foren schreiben möchtet. Ihr könnt euch auch als Champions oder Helden dazu entscheiden, eine Pause einzulegen oder zurückzukommen.
  
  
• Mit der Teilnahme am Superuser-Programm beginnt keinerlei Arbeitsverhältnis oder anderweitige Beziehung zu EA. Ihr seid weder Offiziere noch Mitarbeiter oder Vertragspartner von EA. Auch seid ihr, mit Ausnahme der Teilname am AHQ-Superuser-Programm, in keinster Weise mit EA oder EA-Lizenzgebern verbunden. Um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden, gebt bitte in eurer Signatur an, dass ihr Freiwillige seid und keine EA-Mitarbeiter. Geht auch sicher, dass ihr in anderen EA-Communitys dieselbe Angabe für andere freiwillige Rollen macht, wenn ihr diese in eurer Signatur hervorheben wollt.
  
  
• Nach einem gewissen Grad an Inaktivität kann EA einen AHQ-Superuser vom Superuser-Programm ausschließen.
  
  
• Wenn ein AHQ-Superuser unakzeptables Verhalten an den Tag legt, ist EA nach eigenem Ermessen berechtigt, den Zugang des Nutzers zum Forum unverzüglich und ohne vorherige Ankündigung zu beenden.
  
  
• Bitte nutzt euren gesunden Menschenverstand, wenn ihr etwas im Forum schreibt!

• Onbeschoft, onaangenaam, veeleisend of over het algemeen oneerbiedig gedrag, vulgaire uitdrukkingen, grof taalgebruik, beledigend gedrag en verbale intimidatie worden door niemand getolereerd, noch tegenover de werknemers van EA noch tegenover andere forumgebruikers. Przy okazji pojawienia się informacji na temat programu superużytkowników, chcieliśmy przypomnieć wszystkim zasady, na które zgadzają się superużytkownicy, przystępując do programu. Użytkownicy, którzy zostali wybrani do udziału w programie superużytkowników, to osoby, które regularnie dzieliły się swoją wiedzą i doświadczeniem, aby pomagać innym graczom. Niektórzy z nich posiadają dużą wiedzę na temat swojej ulubionej gry, a inni chętnie pomagają tam, gdzie potrzebna jest pomoc. To wspaniałe przykłady usłużności, uprzejmości, zrozumienia i wiedzy – wartości stanowiących fundament programu.

Несмотря на то, что суперпользователи заручились доверием сообщества AHQ, существуют правила, которых они согласились придерживаться:

• Как и другие участники сообщества AHQ, суперпользователи («вы») должны вести себя вежливо по отношению ко всем пользователям форумов и сотрудников EA. EA («мы») также будет обращаться к вам вежливо.
