I think what most people don't understand is that EA is a major game company in the US bound to their local Laws.
And laws work kinda not like you people here think...
You listed games that were available in your country before the sanctions affected your country.
By law, they can't just restrict you (a citizen) access to a good you have paid for & already own for like a year.
(unless your whole country & citizen are deemed guilty of something blah blah...)
New games that were released within the time of the invoked sanctions are a different thing also
"it's a free game that no one pays for" making the legal ownership of a license you acquire a bit hard.
Hate to say this but this topic is better directed to the Members of the U.S. Congress.
I still wish you GL

all you saying about low and etc is right ...
i just wanna know if it's us low , how we can play games like WOW(World Of Warcraft) or Over Watch or any game from Blizzard or all games from steam ?
they both are us game Company and we can play them without any proxy,DNS or any thing else.
so i think there must be somthing else with EA games , if not some explain this to us
we can buy, sell, trade ...

My Friends, I'm an Iranian gamer too.
I know we have a lot of problems not just in online games. in everything you think in international stuff.
I'm a Music producer and I can't send my songs to major labels. but we are silent! because if you guys are right, and you are more than 10 million people, it means 13% of the whole country. and they are just gamers.
so let's make a revolution!
let's don't work. even if you are a supermarket employee. don't go to school, don't go to universities. so they forced to do something.
the problem is we don't know our rights and our power.

Hey@andy-ea
This isn't fair.
I don't understand what government policies and sanctions have to do with a video game?

Sorry, we don't have any info on this other than the statement here: https://help.ea.com/nz/help/faq/ea-games-unavailable-in-some-countries-or-regions/
We'll lock this thread as it had naturally gone cold and has been necro'd.
