This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have spent 800+ hours on apex legends since February and I have reached the top 300 wraith mains in the world. My account was hacked and the customer service sends me an email that says my problem was solved when nothing was actually solved at all. My main account Twitch_Virexian has been hacked I have given their account recover team every piece of evidence I possibly could. I have clips of me playing the game on my computer and my twitch. Its been a week and I have sent 4 cases and I have received 2 phone calls and still my account hasn't been recovered. If I don't get this account back I will never touch an EA product again. When I submit my cases I give my in game stats the inventory I have in game and picture proof and still I don't have my account back. When EA sends you an email all they say is how was our customer service. Well it sucks!!! When I get an email back from one of my cases I want to know what more evidence I need to give them or why my problem wasn't solved. l have spent probably over $200 just on apex alone and now everything in that account I have worked for is gone because its hacked. Honestly for how much me and many other people spend on EA games why can't they have a decent customer service.
Edit 2: Thanks EA for finally getting my account recovered. Your customer service isn't good still but thanks for the recovery.

Glad to hear you regained control of your account. If login verification hasn't been added yet, I highly encourage it to add an additional layer of security to it.
When cases are closed you should receive an option to fill out feedback. Please provide us feedback on how we can improve the experience for our company overall. If something went wrong during the whole process, be sure to highlight where the confusion is from your perspective. We're always working on improving the customer experience.

Are you able to get in after resetting your password? Some accounts may be temporarily disabled as a security feature if you haven't been active for a while. We've seen players get back in after resetting their password. If you can't get in that way, our staff will need to check to see if your account is invalid for another reason.
