I even feel happy to ban cheaters, but today there are a lot of cheaters. I report a lot and post that cheaters are back, and then my account has been suspended for three days? And there's no reason why? My account has been established for more than one year and has never been banned. Why is it suspended for three days in violation of regulations?
If it's due to frequent IP address changes, it's because the server is too laggy I need to clean up the cache after completing the game every day. this is what you told us to have a better connection.In addition, if the Chinese inland players want to play apex, they need to go through the proxy IP address to play the game. Those proxy IP addresses are constantly refreshing the best lines every day, so they will not be the same. Please help. We can't go to help.ea to help ourselves. Unfortunately an account ban is not something that we can look into here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account to determine if the ban could be overturned.
You can find more information on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. Once you have created a case they will get back to you via email as soon as they can.
