Then there's the reporting of actual cheaters in APEX that's just pointless even recording them and reporting them goes unpunished my videos get looked at people get mad about how the cheaters exist then on the same hand say what cheaters.
This forum is actually pointless and the moderation of it is well beyond excessive due to corporate policy.

So you have no in-game administrators who can spec and view hackers and cheaters - yet when a random player goes out of his or her way to sacrifice their gaming time to record an obvious cheat - you don't want that cheater exposed and banned? This hardly sounds like a studio that cares or that is working very hard at all on one of the real problems of the game. Wake up there 'community manager' - this is me ( a gamer from the community ) telling you and pointing out clear problems that EA are happy to ignore.

Hi, I hope I can address some of your points here.
1. Yes we do, constructive criticism within the rules is very welcome, and the community highlighting issues is very valuable for zoning in on problems quickly.
2. Of course things get fixed. Not everything can be done immediately, but the studio are working very hard.
3. As mentioned before, constructive criticism is welcome.
4. Naming and shaming is against the rules here, and those who repeatedly and willfully break the rules may have action taken.
Nobody is pretending that cheaters don't exist, we have addressed cheating and efforts to combat it multiple times. Click the spoiler tag to see the latest update.
CHEATING
We know reports of cheaters, especially in Ranked, have been a hot topic so this week we also wanted to provide a little visibility into some of the work that’s been going on behind the scenes to combat cheating:
Using machine learning to create behavior models that detect and auto ban cheaters.
Requiring TFA in certain regions on high risk accounts.
Improving detection that identifies and bans new spam accounts before they are used.
Ongoing work to adapt to new cheats.
Matchmaking that matches detected cheaters and spammers together.
Investigating how people party up for matches. Even if you are not specifically using a cheat, partying up with cheaters is still cheating.
Increasing resources whether that be people or tech.
As we’ve said before, the war against cheaters will be ongoing and remains a high priority for us. There will always be work to do, improvements to make, and new things to adapt to. We’d like to thank the players that have been getting involved with helping us squash cheaters over the last week whether it be submitting reports or assisting with the vetting process for suspicious behavior.
If you encounter a cheater you can report them here. If you can please try to capture video proof as well.
Understand that we are not going to discuss the details of a specific ban with players on any public forums. If you feel that you have been wrongly banned you can appeal it here.
If you believe you have been unfairly moderated you can DM one of the CMs here and we can look into it, but general public discussion of moderation is against the rules here. It never goes anywhere constructive, so please don't do it.
If someone is suspended and wants to appeal the action, they can do so using this link: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

@Nightstick24
"There'd be tons of people hating on them and talking crap about them "
My question for you is, why do people dislike cheaters so much? Perhaps because there are too many of them?
"But everyone who kills you isn't necessarily a hacker".
Very true. However, for lack of DATA, It is sensible to report an additional person than let it go. If i were to know that, for sake of argument and simplification, 20% of people are cheating, then i would know that 8/10 times i die is either a lucky play on the opponent or a difference in skills from which i can learn something.
When I have no idea about the reality of what is going on with respect to cheaters, I am left to trust rumors.
" and there'd be some who were interested in seeing where they got their hacks from"
True. If you have the means to stop them why worrying about it? I suspect that there is no way to stop them.
I sent clips 10 days ago of a suspected cheater or 2. No one has yet watched the clips. Streamable. What does that tell me? That there is either too much reports that pollute the system, or that no one cares.
Either way, the Reporting feature isn't working well enough.
I'd also speculate that EAC (Easy Anti Cheat) is not adequate for the purpose of curbing cheating.
I agree with you about name and shame. But come on, show the millions of non cheaters that something is being done about it, if not through data, through making cheating reduce and disappear. Since EAC suggests not propagating DATA, what are they doing to make the player-base trust they are doing ANYTHING about it?
