I find myself writing to you again because at this point I am beyond shocked of how poor you handle people who invest in your company. I wrote over 2 months ago about my account being hacked and therefore banned because of it. Now I don't know why you never answered with an adequate response to my previous concerns as a customer, or you are choosing to overlook one of the biggest problems that your game "apex legends" currently has. You ban my account(which I have spent above 50 Euro on), you do not explain anything, I go onto my second account I play until level 70, you ban my second account as well. At this point I feel harassed by your inability to fix major problems such as these. I have been playing games since I was 4 and I have never seen a more poor support in my experience. Big names representing your game such as ShivFps, ImperialHal, Lyr1c and more have adressed this issue and people are constantly writing on your forums how they themselves have had their hard-grinded accounts taken from them. Honestly at this point I have taken upon myself to take appropriate action with the FTC and the BBB for this issue, because you don't seem to have it any other way. If not I'd like to you to refund the money I have spent on the game since you cant refund 1k hours

I was hacked on December the 7th, and my account was banned. Next day I have reached out to customer support by phone (5 times, and livechat 1 time - over a period of 4 weeks). The 5th week I received a copy pasted reply from TOS-team saying that they _confirmed my account had been using hacks_ - and therefore denied to unban.
But support team had confirmed that I was banned following a hack, and I had wrote all the details regarding this and can even pinpoint when I was hacked (I played before work, everything was fine - came home from work and noticed strange things on my account)
I have made a new case and this time attached my payslip with working hours but have not received a reply for 5 weeks. How do I know if they are working on this case or not?
Is there even real people looking at these cases or do i queue for 5 weeks to get automatic reply? (and previous 4 weeks) Why would i receive email from them where they don't address that the ban was following getting hacked otherwise?

Is there anyone who have actually had direct contact with TOS team and/or have been unbanned?

Same situation - got banned on december 8th and have been denied help on first case already.
Have your situation been resolved? Have you found any leads on what to do if they refuse to help still, after 3 months?
I also don't want to just let this go but don't know what to do at this point.

Honestly the only leads that I have found are through some streamers and other players and the experience that they have had. To be honest man I would not get my hopes up I have been playing games even currenlty working as a play tester and Respawns/Ea's handling of the situation is just so comical. I do not think they care about their community whatsoever and they really let me down as in the beginning they were striving to be nice and welcoming and listening the community. But If anything gets resolved ill write to you immediately.

Its * inexcusable. I was banned in December when at the time I don't even believe I had Apex installed, I try to play and January and it doesn't let me in a game because I am banned..????? I have an email from December stating the reason for my ban was for hacking when I have never had any sort of modding or hacked programs for Apex LITERALLY EVER.
I have submitted tickets and followed the process, I have had chats with live support and I have made a post asking when the * am I going to get my account back with NO ANSWER as to when I can play on the account I SPENT MONEY ON on both CONSOLE AND PC because of how their greedy lack of cross plat dlcs. Its * despicable and gross, the utter incompetence, urgency and communication these desk jockeys have for those who literally pay their salary.

Honestly, if EA/Respawn is too busy, they should just hire players to actually get these cases reviewed. It can just be volunteer work too. All they probably would need to do is allow the helper to lookup the user's account, and review logins and other data to try and determine if an unban is worthy.
But then again, I doubt EA/Respawn would allow a user to help out. All I'm doing in life is college and playing games, and I'm not busy most days. So, I'd honestly would be fine with helping out.. Yet again, I doubt they'll allow players to help.
I feel sad for all the users who got hacked or just wrongfully banned, while the real cheaters are somehow able to keep on alting. I swear when I see a low level in ranked, I don't trust them.

keep on sending cases and get on the phone with them.I've sent 5 cases and the 5th one was the one that unbanned my account but now i have the continue screen bug. Witht the same scenario 500 + hours and 2000$ plus spent on account

My friend was hacked back in season 4. He created one case, was given an ETA, created a new case after the given ETA, and was told it was a duplicate and they closed the case. Its best not to keep opening up cases.
