Last match, !12! squads landed there. There is one huge map and 12 squads decide to drop into the same location. Like - wow. You might as well reduce the whole King's Canyon map to just that one location because that's the only place where your Jump master will drop you to die.

Have no clue. Solo jump proves to be the best feature in the game.

@Peri_Longbow_plzThats the whole reason Skull Town got blew up in the first place lol
also why Capitol City on World’s Edge got split in half and some of the buildings halfway destroyed, in capitol city everyone would land at the buildings with 2 ziplines and the construction yard across the street eo they demolished the construction yard building

I honestly don't get the incentive to drop somewhere with 30 other people to have a minuscule chance to survive. I would honestly get frustrated more about the fact I queue, select characters and drop longer than it takes to just enjoy the game.

@Peri_Longbow_plzI don’t really expect to get a ton of kills/damage when I drop in those places but its nice to instantly drop into the action without having to bother looting, Arenas is similar but there isn’t as much action as multiple squads and also because there is only 2 squads its way too sweaty to enjoy without objectives to play around like defending certain spots

Other than nostalgia, I think it is/was such a popular hotspot because of the layout. If you start in one "wing", you usually just have to fight the closest enemies who also landed on that wing but you rarely get third partied from other directions than from the center since there arent any other potential landing spots. Compare to Estates for instance where enemies can come from at least three directions, left, right and from the middle when you land somewhere on the outside border of the area, and ofc from all directions if you land in the middle. Skull town was "controlled" chaos and not just chaos.

@BalladalidilaAlso I noticed Skull Town was based off of Titanfall 2 at least the buildings had the same designs and door frames were in the same spots as the buildings on Multiplayer
