After having a couple of frustrating weeks with EA servers after the launch of season 5, things seemed to have settled down, until the launch of the LTE and patch. All of the issues from before seem to have come back.
- server issues/hit reg
Regular issues with packet loss, shots not landing in game etc.
- matchmaking
I'm not sure if there have been any changes made to sbmm or what but I've found myself in lobbies players at either extreme, either significantly better or brand new to the game with no interest in trying to play as a squad. Are there just not enough players in the pool for the number of game modes now in game. Are queues too short to ensure more accurate sbmm?
I'm not the best player in the world but I'm reasonable. In the week leading up to the patch I was getting 4-6 kills per game. Since the patch this has dropped right off due to either playing against much better players or in essence fighting alone.
- Players disconnecting before the drop
This has happened to me in close to 60% of games. Is it people quitting out or general server issues?
There are quite a few similar posts on these forums saying similar things but there doesn't seem to be any acknowledgment from ea that these things are happening and are legitimate issues for people, let alone taking about solutions.
All of these things have made playing the game seriously unenjoyable to the point that I'm considering just deleting it. I've been playing since day1 and I think it's a great game but the game) servers seem to be moving in the wrong direction in terms of stability.

I’m getting kicked during character selection every few games. It then takes about 3-5 mins to reload into the game if my team hasn’t died yet.
