I understand, everyone wants to make as much money as they can and as developers you want to keep more for your hard work than someone who spends their time farming out your game. However I have seen more than a few mentions on the devs side of how very few people are buying them. Raising the price is only going to get a negative response.
As of this moment iron crown packs cost 700 coins, each coin is worth $7 and the standard Apex pack costs 100 coins with a lower drop chance but can get 2 to 3 items from a larger stash. What makes players up set is the overall price and the lack of revenue on their end. Not your fault but most of you fan base is living on a low income budget and cannot spend the money.
I know nobody wants to talk about the real world but times are hard and we need to find a good compromise that fits into this picture. Cosmetics sold seperately right now are $18 which is enough to get several full titles. Many of these cosmetics are supposedly out for "testing" but if you really wanted to test the economic waters you would put out skin bonuses so the price made sense.
Being that wpuld cause a huge balancing issue, let's assume it's only a good idea if we keep the prices as they are. So lets try the other way; making them cheaper so more peole spend money on them. We need to collective find a ratio between the 3 currencies that helps to gage your market.
Most players feel scrap sould drop more frequently and that the credit based skins should be in the general purchase screen after each season or be avaible for seperate purchase. Think about being told you could get a free paint job on your car but first you had to buy a brand new one, you would settle for your old one. From a new players perspective they have limted time to get a good skin but credits have to be earned so even if the new player was wealthy or thrifty they wouldn't be able to get it.
You need to understand that cosmetics are like sprinkles and their price needs to match. Each cosmetic item in other games is $1 and up to $5 if it can do something special. Those games make alot with tjis scaling and your game would too if you adopted it. That leaves the apec packs in a weird position as being too cheap so why not charge more? It gives up to 3 cosmetics so why not $3. If you plan to keep the crown boxes at $7 why not have a total of 7 items. Being that scrap currently holds half its value in drop why not raise it to match from packs. By leveling things out you remove the unnecessary clutter and make the system easier to achieve both players goals and your own.
The topic is gonna have to shift to heirlooms, right now there are 2 and one is the earest drop in the game while the other costs $154 if you manage to complete the challenges and $168 if you don't. This of range is based on the fact you can't use any currency to acquire the characters individually. This was going to cause an outrage right at the gate and would seem more a challenge to players intelligence more so than tbeir pocketbooks.
In the future it would be advised to use heirlooms and other individual character based cosmetics of the like as in game milestones based on playtime/skill. For example after 2,000 kills with a specific character to unlock their heirloom. Survival time coud be rewarded for 24 hours with something like removing Wattson's hood/shroud to show off her hair or putting Mirage's goggles on. Plently of new possibilities with "pre-tested skins" that could be unlocked via milestone and unlock without purchase which gives off possitive feedback and helps showcase your hardwork in the field.
I hope this feedback helps to improve your future prospects both in racking in the doe and brining color to the game. Until then...I'm gonna try to enjoy singles, see you on the ground legends.

I am a big fan of the Heirloom sets being awarded by time dedicated/skill. I think you still provide random Heirloom sets once you reach a 1 million damage dealt rather than have them character specific, because if they are character specific you are going to have everyone playing only Wraith and Bloodhound or whichever character has the coolest/newest Heirloom set.
