Guns that actually kill when you shoot people is the only thing that makes the game fun. When you got single shot snipers and get mowed down everytime by sub-machine gun/assault rifles it gets boring, then you alternator which takes over a clip to kill someone half the time. Guns need a buff not a nerf. Ill admit peace keeper is op if its the start of the game its close range and you got no armor, but so is spit fire or any other rapid file assault/energy rifle. This game on average takes double to near tripple the bullets of other shooters no nerfs, give buffs.

SO according to the sheet you are using.
Oke so a Havoc has 560 RPM 18 body damage per hit.
560X18 = 10080 Damage in 60 sec.
Reloading a peacekeeper and chocking up again takes like 2 sec in total?
10080 / 30 = 336 damage in 2 sec with the havoc.

1 second in total, first shot starts at 0 seconds.

yeh a reload takes 1 sec, after that you need to load up the choke wich takes another 1 sec. = 2 sec.
even if it takes 0.5 sec to load up the choke, the havoc still kills you before you can unleash your 2nd peacekeeper shot.
And im not even counting headshots!
just all hits on the body according to your sheet.
You obviously just hate the gun,
Even your own proof tells you that its wrong what you are saying.
You will hate it no matter what i say.
Peacekeeper is not a strong gun by itself endgame.
Its a decent finisher.

My bad I didn't account for the time it takes for the choke to shrink. I stand corrected. Frankly I don't care what happens to this gun, I avoid using it. It's too inconsistent due to the horrible netcode in this game.

@OP: It's a shotgun, dude... modelled after the real stuff. Shotguns are supposed to be disastrous at close range, because otherwise it's no shotgun.
And the TTK with the peacekeeper is still long enough, it's clearly not overpowered.

Nerfing weapons because you failed to counteract them literally the most childish response to the gameplay, This is up there with the get rid of strafing thread.

The NETCODE! what do you mean the Netcode!!!!, So Source Engines Client Server Stack is bad now ?.
Have you tried Diagnosing faults delays distance to the Server \ Data Center you normally connect to, Or is this other random players that will lag about sometimes ?

There is nothing wrong with the Peacekeeper.
Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.
If you are getting hit by a Peacekeeper you are likely not moving enough.
It was severely nerfed.
