You don’t care about your players and brazenly block access to games through Steam ,Your game and company is a toxic swamp, even when I described the whole situation in support, that I could not remain silent when players insulted me in voice chat, I don’t have a microphone and I responded in chat, and for that that I protected myself from toxicity by responding to insults I get a permanent ban without the ability to unlink my account from STEAM Your politics are terrible and I'm extremely disappointed, It's sad that the developers don't care that toxic people screaming in voice chat are not banned, but people who defend themselves through regular chat are banned forever, That`s all what im wanna say, im never come back to games from EA.

My dispute was rejected twice, without explanation, just as a fact you are banned, you don’t even write in the warning that you give an eternal ban for “toxicity” (any bad word is enough for you, you don’t even understand exactly how it was used) it always says " your risk of an account ban is high", with your policy, all that's left for the players is to turn off the voice chat and cover up the part of the screen with the usual chat so as not to receive an eternal ban for TOXICITY it would even be funny if it weren't so sad, And now the most interesting thing is that those who really deserve a ban are not banned, I personally know masters who have been playing on the same account with wall hack for several years and don’t get banned, you don’t ban cheaters for years, but for “toxicity” you ban everyone in general and that’s all for you no matter how much they like your game even with your terrible attitude towards the game and towards the players, I think apex with its cheaters and developers can be considered the most difficult game, suffer hundreds of hours and get an eternal ban for toxicity and protecting yourself from the insults of the screaming useless team you do not hold back and write everything you think about them.
~I'm waiting for another answer from a piece of paper from a highly respected support for which "players are important".
~~It's also funny that you block access to changing your account through Steam, this is the first time I encounter such a disgusting company.

Welcome to the club and do not expect your account to be returned there is a rather common story among the players that banned accounts are being sold I have actually seen my banned account name being used the guy played with me in a random PUB game. Guess he just did not change the name

Yes its sad but its also pretty much a necessity. Written words in the chat are definite proof. Things said on the voice channel can a) be misinterpreted (like strange accents etc) and b) requires an actual human to go through all reports and listen to them, unless we want to leave our fate in the hands of in some automatic voice recognition software.
Also, two wrongs dont make a right. The only thing you can "fight for" is that the guy who said those things also should be banned. But whatever happened to his account dont change the fact that you also broke the rules by your actions when you chose to write bannable words. Its just too childish to say "but he started it" =)
