Hi Team,
This is insane. So many times APEX is not playable. I had countless of occasions, where I am even in ranked games by myself or just one other member because of DCs, if it is not me who your servers decided to disconnect or time-out. There are times and days where it is just impossible to play APEX.
It is already frustrating enough I paid even money for a game I cannot play sufficiently due to your Servers timing out or "Game Security Violation Detected (#00000001)". Yet now you threaten ME? Do you want to penalise me for your insufficient servers and badly programmed anti-cheat software? Sounds like Trump blaming the WHO for covid19...
Besides your Origin Error Reporter is just for show? Never received a response there for weeks now.
This is absolutely insane.
(For the record, this is the single game and client that causes troubles on my machine. Also, I have on most Tokyo servers a ping of 3 to 10, but APEX is consistently around 50)

Hi @meats4beats.
I can understand the frustration with this. I know that crashes and server issues get upsetting pretty fast. I wanted to take a moment to address a couple things you mentioned here.
First, the team is currently investigating the stability issues that a lot of players have been seeing in Japan. It's something we're currently tracking and looking into. Unfortunately I don't have any specific info on when we may see an improvement, but it is on the radar.
In regards to the Origin Error Reports, those are automatically sent to the team for review, but they will not receive a response. When you submit a report it allows the team to gather data for review.
Thanks for bearing with us on this, and again, I want to apologize for the frustration.

Penalties Script or Penalties Codes should be applied only when Player Quit on Menu Pause or Closing the Window...
Yet this seem like its applied to every situation in the game. Failed Updates, Crashes, Disconnections, Restarts, etc.

connect a match in the lobby.
loading Kings canyon screen for longer time than usual, even for minutes.
Then, waiting squads screen, for longer than usual...
Then, the match begins,but it is like a stop motion video.

Thank you for your response and letting us know you are aware. Hopefully the server issue can be resolved soon.
A point untouched was the fact that I had been threatend with penalties for leaving, when it is clearly not my fault (as the image attached in the previous posting). That is weird and leaves an awkward feeling.
Another point is the "Game Security Violation Detected (#00000001)" issue, where I tried every "solution" I could find in the forums.
Playing ranked now is unthinkable. Just gave it another try today, but server issues occoured again. The game was unplayable and points were deducted.
