It's preaty simple this game is full of cheaters who just insta kill you with any gun from any distance. effortlessly and it's easy to recognize it in this game.
I had several situations in which I shot someone 4-5 times from a Peacekeeper from close range, or I emptied the whole Flatline magazine and hit it several times in the head and I did not even manage to knock down the enemy. And the damage does not lie, they are visible to the player, so when I hit three times with a shotgun, inflicting 108/60/60 and the enemy still does not fall down, something is wrong.

Forgot to add a very important point to the list of issues. Matchmaking. In its current state, matchmaking only makes sure that 60 players are thrown into a match (sometimes not even that). There doesn't seem to be any balancing at all. It is really tiresome to play with beginners vs guys who have 2000+ kills and hundreds of matches played. I know kill count doesn't mean that the player is good, but it is a decent indicator. Something as simple as matching players of similar level would be the most basic type of matchmaking balancing, but not even that is present. The game reached 50 million players today, so the player pool is more then enough to introduce some kind of balancing without affecting wait times.

To all you who think the ttk is fine, i say put down the mods and try it. When I'm emptying a smg or an ar into somebody at point blank range and i can see the hit numbers rolling of them like the brass rainbow out of my weapon and they turn around and cap me during a reload? That's not bad aiming. That's just bad game mechanics, plain and simple. If i get out flanked and owned that's on me. But to get punked by some weenie just because the game is f'ed up is another. All i want is a level playing field. And sadly this ain't it.

WOW someone giving criticism that is pretty valid and not just them crying because they are bad at the game.
I agree with most of what you said.
Add pathfinder to the hitbox issues. he is taller and gets hit if you shoot the empty space between his legs. I think for Caustic and Gibraltar you can't make their hitbox smaller because then people will be landing hits that don't count. the solution might be (since they are meant to be tanks) to give them a small flat damage reduction because of their heavier armor. maybe 10%? even on the biggest hits that's only 14 less damage
as for TTK I think currently it rewards high skill players. I get dropped lightning fast even with good armor because if you are landing headshots they get no value from their sheild
